Our team made it's debut performance of La Pelona at the opening of the Jitterbugs Studio last weekend, complete with a new line up and new costumes :o) The main difference was...you guessed it...no ah pek gatals (dirty old men) this time round. Well, one can only hope lah.

Performing for the salsa crowd comes with its own set of things to consider, mainly, it's a more critical crowd. On the bright side, they are definitely more appreciative of the work that is put into the performance and they know it's not something that was put together on the fly.

Well done, all! And now, on to the China Salsa Congress where more people, workshops and parties await this weekend.
